Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-orientedSAP Data Migration Specialist to lead and execute complex data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP environments. This role requires deep expertise indata migration methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a strong focus onSAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions such asSuccessFactors andAriba. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise data migration projects usingSyniti.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases ofdata migration projects — planning, design, execution, testing, and go-live support.
• Develop and implementdata migration strategies, including profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• UtilizeSyniti and other migration tools to automate and streamline migration processes.
• Design and developETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for migrating data from legacy systems toSAP andSuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensuredata integrity and accuracy.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between legacy systems and SAP.
• Performdata quality checks and resolve inconsistencies and errors.
• Document all migration processes, standards, and best practices.
• Providepost-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in migration best practices.
• Manageproject timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Proactively identify and mitigatedata migration risks.
• Ensure compliance withdata governance and security policies.
• Stay current with emergingdata migration technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience indata migration, with a strong focus onSAP implementations.
• Hands-on experience withSyniti (mandatory).
• Extensive experience migratingHR data to SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience migrating data forSAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management, and Sales & Distribution.
• Expertise indata profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Strong proficiency inSQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Excellentcommunication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Experience withproject management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
• Ability to perform in afast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications related to data migration.
• Experience withother data migration tools and technologies.
• Knowledge ofdata governance andsecurity best practices.
