 Position Summary 

We are seeking anSAP Utilities Customer Service Technical Consultant II to join our growing SAP Utilities practice. In this role, you will support utility clients by designing, developing, integrating, andmaintaining SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhancethe customer experience.

The ideal candidatepossesses strong SAP IS-U Customer Service technicalexpertise, hands-on ABAP development experience, and a proven ability to support integrations, workflows, Fiori applications, and customer service business processes. This rolepartners with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

ExpertiseDesign, develop, and support technical solutions within SAP IS-U Customer Service. 

• Create andmaintain ABAP reports, enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, and custom developments. 
• Develop and support integrations between SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, and third-party applications. 
• Build andmaintain APIs, web services, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware-based integrations.
• Support SAP Fiori applications and user experience enhancements.
• Participate inrequirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis. 
• Support data migration and conversion efforts forimplementations and transformation projects. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP modernization programs
