Senior SAP Credit Management Lead Consultant

We're looking for aSenior Credit Management Lead Consultant to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the functional design, implementation and rollout of Credit Management capabilities within a global SAP S/4HANA landscape. Your work will drive streamlined credit processes, reduce financial risks and improve client operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management solutions
• Align Credit Management architecture with Order-to-Cash business processes
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture credit policies and requirements
• Translate business needs into functional designs and technical deliverables
• Configure and optimize core credit functionalities and integration points
• Define integration with SD, FI, Business Partner and related systems
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and collaborate with ABAP/integration teams
• Oversee testing phases and manage go-live and hypercare activities
• Drive creation of a global template and manage localization requirements
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to consulting teams

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management/FSCM Credit Management
• In-depth knowledge of Credit Management and Order-to-Cash processes
• Expertise in integration with SD, FI and Business Partner
• Experience configuring credit checks, limits and exposure
• Background in full SAP implementation lifecycle
• Ability to lead functional workshops and interact with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating functional specifications
• Familiarity with global template deployments
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience leading multi-country SAP rollouts
• Knowledge of retail or large international enterprises
• Background in integrating credit and risk management systems
• Previous experience as a functional lead or SME
