Role Descriptions: Analyze integration requirements and translate them into SAP CPI technical designs and interface specifications. Design| develop| test and deploy iFlows connecting SAP and non-SAP applications. Configure adapters| endpoints| certificates| authentication| mappings| routing and transformation logic. Develop reusable integration components| Groovy scripts| message mappings and exception-handling frameworks. Build and support REST| SOAP| OData| IDoc| RFC| SFTP and file-based interfaces based on approved designs. Implement monitoring| logging| alerting and error-handling mechanisms for integration flows. Execute unit and integration testing| prepare test evidence and resolve interface defects. Troubleshoot failed messages| connectivity issues| mapping errors and performance problems across environments. Prepare technical design| configuration| deployment and operational handover documentation. Coordinate with architects| application teams| security teams and business stakeholders throughout interface delivery. Strong analytical| troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently| estimate assigned integration work and meet sprint commitments. Clear communication and coordination skills across SAP| non-SAP| infrastructure and security teams. Ability to document technical decisions| raise delivery risks early and support knowledge transfer. Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
Essential Skills: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) and SAP Integration Suite. Experience designing| developing and deploying integration flows (iFlows) between SAP and non-SAP applications. Expertise in message mapping| graphical mapping| XSLT mapping| routing| content enrichment and message transformation. Hands-on experience with REST| SOAP| OData| IDoc| RFC| SFTP| HTTP| HTTPS and file-based integrations. Experience configuring CPI adapters| connectivity| security certificates and authentication mechanisms such as Basic Authentication| OAuth and client certificates. Proficiency in Groovy scripting for custom message processing| validation| logging and exception handling. Experience integrating SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with cloud and enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of interface monitoring| message tracing| error handling| troubleshooting and production support. Understanding of API Management| transport management| integration testing and deployment processes.
