Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSAP CS Consultant with strong functional expertise inSAP Customer Service (CS) andSAP SD (Sales and Distribution). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in anSAP S/4HANA environment and will be responsible for supporting and continuously improving SAP CS processes.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively balancestakeholder management, solution design, hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and production support leadership. This role requires someone comfortable working at both the strategic and execution levels and taking ownership of solutions from requirements through implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the support and continuous improvement ofSAP CS processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

  • Provide functional expertise across coreSAP Customer Service (CS) processes and standard configurations.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

  • Design and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives andSAP best practices.

  • Perform hands-onSAP CS configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging as required.

  • Investigate complex business and system issues and drive them through resolution.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources.

  • Supportincident management, root-cause analysis, change requests, and enhancement initiatives.

  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide functional recommendations.

  • Support end-to-end testing, including functional and integration testing.

  • Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

  • Mentor team members and provide functional leadership across support and delivery activities.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with SAP standards.
