SAP Concur Consultant

Manage and support SAP Concur applications including configuration, administration, enhancements and ongoing maintenance

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support and ensure timely issue resolution in line with SLAs

Configure and maintain Expense Policies, Expense Types, Workflows, Audit Rules, Receipt Rules, Cash Advances, Corporate Cards and other SAP Concur settings

Manage corporate card programs, card feed onboarding, monitoring and reconciliation support

Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams and third party vendors to deliver effective solutions and support business requirements

Drive process improvements, system enhancements and operational efficiencies across the SAP Concur landscape

Lead change requests, configuration updates, releases, testing and defect resolution activities

Prepare and maintain business requirements, process documentation, functional specifications and support procedures

Support data migration, master data management and integration monitoring with ERP, HR, Travel and card provider systems

Provide user training, knowledge transfer and SAP Concur best practice guidance

Work with cross functional teams to ensure compliance, standardization, user adoption and operational excellence

Present solution recommendations and improvement initiatives to stakeholders and secure required approvals

6+ years of hands on experience in SAP Concur Expense and Request modules including configuration, support and enhancements

Strong expertise in configuring Expense Policies, Expense Types, Workflows, Audit Rules, Attendee Administration, Receipt Rules, Cash Advances, Mileage Rates, Travel Allowances and related SAP Concur settings

Experience managing corporate card programs, card feeds, troubleshooting and reconciliation support

Strong knowledge of SAP Concur integrations with SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, HR systems, middleware and other enterprise applications

Good understanding of Travel and Expense processes, Finance operations, accounting principles and compliance requirements

Knowledge of SDLC, ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management processes

Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management

Familiarity with SAP Concur reporting, analytics and dashboarding tools

Strong stakeholder management, communication and client facing skills

Ability to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions and drive continuous process improvements
