Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $75–$85 per hour

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to support SAP BRIM transformation programs. You will coordinate project planning, governance, reporting, and communication across business, IT, and implementation teams to help keep workstreams aligned and deliverables on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Maintain risk, issue, assumption, and dependency logs.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-ups.
• Track project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities.
• Coordinate across SAP BRIM workstreams, including Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management, and FI-CA.
• Support testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
• Facilitate communication among business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of PMO or project management experience, preferably supporting SAP programs.
• Understanding of SAP BRIM and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with project tracking, risk and issue management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BRIM or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience managing global teams and system integrator or vendor relationships.
