SAP Bid Manager – SAP S/4HANA Implementation

Roles & Responsibilities :

LeadRFI/RFP/RFQ analysis, bid strategy, planning, and proposal governance.

·       Develop compellingsolution propositions, win themes, value propositions, and differentiators.

·       Coordinate SAP S/4HANA solutioning acrossFunctional, Technical, Integration, Data, BTP, Fiori, AI, and Cloud areas.

·       Definescope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and RACI.

·       Coordinateeffort estimation, resource planning, project timelines, pricing, and commercial proposals.

·       Prepare and manage key proposal deliverables includingExecutive Summary, Solution Approach, Architecture, Methodology, Project Plan, Governance, and Commercials.

·       Drivebid reviews, compliance checks, leadership approvals, and final proposal submission.

·       Supportcustomer workshops, proposal presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations.

·       Ensure smoothBid-to-Delivery transition, including SOW, scope, assumptions, estimates, and implementation approach.

Experience

Typically10–18+ years of SAP/IT experience, with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA consulting, presales, solutioning, and complex proposal management.

Educational qualification:

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

·       Ability to work across technology and business teams.

Experience :

Typically10–18+ years of SAP/IT experience, with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA consulting, presales, solutioning, and complex proposal management.

Responsible for managing theend-to-end SAP S/4HANA bid and proposal lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Functional/Technical SMEs, Delivery, Finance, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
