About The Job:
- Ensure SAP’s contractual commitments through Commit-to-Consume (C2C) engagements.
- Focus on Operational and Analytical Support.
- Report and translate contract terms and commitments into actionable consumption metrics and insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across customer, delivery, finance, and commercial operations.
- Support alignment among customer, delivery, finance, and commercial operations.
- Impact Business Outcomes.
- Secure revenue commitments and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bridge SAP’s technical and commercial sides of cloud engagements, including underlying SAP landscape considerations that drive consumption.
- Monitoring Consumption and Risks
- Track customer consumption against commitments and identify risks early to ensure targets are met.
- Reporting and Governance Support
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and summaries to communicate consumption status and governance insights clearly.
- Data Reconciliation and Alignment
- Validate SAP landscape inputs feeding into consumption and sizing models.
- Investigate discrepancies across reporting sources and ensure alignment between technical and commercial data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams to address consumption gaps and improve adoption, utilization, and contract compliance.
- Work primarily alongside SAP Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs) to align consumption governance with delivery milestones and contractual terms.
- Engage with Cloud Architects as needed to validate landscape and infrastructure assumptions.
- Ensure consumption reporting is both commercially sound and technically grounded through collaboration with CDMs and Cloud Architects.
- Exp – 3+ years
- Technical Knowledge
- Hands-on experience in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA environments.
- Working knowledge of migrations, upgrades, sizing, and landscape design.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to translate technical landscape details into business-relevant commercial insights.
- Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, data reconciliation, forecasting, and trend analysis to support accurate consumption governance.
- Communication Skills
- Clear communication skills required to present complex financial and consumption data to diverse audiences.
