About the position:
We are seeking an experiencedSAP Automation Test Lead / Manager with good knowledge inTricentis Tosca and Playwright, and proven experience in managing SAP testing engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, automation strategy, customer engagement, stakeholder management, and emergingAI-driven testing and agentic AI solutions.
This role requires a blend of leadership, technical excellence, and consulting capabilities to drive quality transformation initiatives across SAP landscapes while leveraging automation and AI technologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Test Management
- Good experience in SAP Testing
- Drive automation roadmap and maximize regression automation coverage.
- Develop test estimates, schedules, resource plans, and testing governance frameworks for TOSCA and Playwright.
- Prepare and present testing status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Lead automation execution reporting and ROI measurement.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer testing discussions.
- Work on leads to get new project opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, status reviews, and release readiness assessments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively identify delivery risks.
- Collaborate with business teams, SAP functional teams, development teams, and project leadership.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Testing and Test Management.
- Hands-on experience withTricentis Tosca Automation.
- Good to have knowledge inPlaywright automation
- Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Defect Management, and Reporting.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience handling customer-facing engagements.
- Knowledge ofAI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and GenAI platforms.
- Experience drivingAI adoption within testing organizations.
