SAP Ariba SLP
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, and performance management.
  • Configure and implement SAP Ariba SLP modules.
  • Design supplier registration and qualification workflows.
  • Configure supplier lifecycle processes, questionnaires, approval workflows, and supplier performance evaluations.
  • Support supplier onboarding and data synchronization activities.
  • Collaborate with procurement and compliance teams to ensure governance requirements are met.
SAP Ariba CIG
  • Design and implement integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA using CIG.
  • Configure integration scenarios including:
    • Purchase Orders (PO)
    • Purchase Order Confirmations
    • Advance Ship Notices (ASN)
    • Goods Receipts
    • Service Entry Sheets
    • Invoices
    • Payment Status
  • Manage CIG mappings, routing rules, and transformation requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and monitor message processing.
  • Coordinate testing activities for end-to-end procurement processes.
General Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Provide production support and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with technical teams, developers, and business users.
  • Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Follow SAP best practices and project governance standards.
Required Skills
Functional Skills
  • Strong experience with SAP Ariba SLP.
  • Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience with supplier qualification and onboarding workflows.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay business processes.
Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG.
  • Integration knowledge of SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Understanding of:
    • IDocs
    • Web Services
    • APIs
    • XML mappings
    • Middleware concepts
  • Experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling.
