Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years of SAP experience withAMS/Support and Rollout Projects.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience inSAP APO Support (AMS).
  • Strong knowledge ofSAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.
  • Experience inEnterprise Structure,Master Data troubleshooting, andPlanning Book maintenance.
  • Experience inForecast Validation,Planning Run Monitoring, andAPO Job Monitoring.
  • Expertise in resolvingCIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.
  • Good understanding ofcustomized business processes/templates.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools likeServiceNow/ITSM.

Good to Have Skills

  • Cross-functional integration knowledge withPP, MM, SD, and LE.
  • Technical knowledge ofDebugging, Workflows, and IDocs.
  • Experience in preparingsolution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SLA management.
  • Experience in end-user support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvement.
