Summary:

UST is looking for an experiencedSAP Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise inReverse Value Chain, Toolkit Management, and Advanced Return Management (ARM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strongSAP ABAP background, hands-onSAP S/4HANA experience, and a proven track record delivering solutions for leading semiconductor organizations

The Opportunity:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
• Gather business requirements, drive solution design, and provide techno-functional leadership.
• Configure and support SAP ARM, Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications.
• Develop and oversee ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore/onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

What you need:

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project.
• Strong knowledge of:
• • Advanced Return Management (ARM)
  • Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing
  • Toolkit/Asset Management
  • MM, SD, LE, and QM modules
  • Quality Notifications
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP BTP
• BRF+
• SAP Fiori/UI5
• CDS Views, OData Services, and HANA development
• Agile/SAP Activate delivery methodology

Qualification:

Bachelors’ degree is fine
