Hiring:Sales Manager

• Pay:$96,000 - $120,000 yearly
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• TheAutomotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
  • Ensure sales goals are attained
  • Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
  • Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
  • Address and resolve customer concern

What You'll Bring

• Previous Automotive Sales Management experience PREFERRED!
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
