Pay Range: $25 - $29 on W2
Job Summary:
The Sample Coordinator will support the Merchandising team by ensuring samples are received on time, properly organized, and accurately tracked throughout each seasonal flow. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate sample arrivals and delays.
The coordinator will also build strong relationships with Brand MAs, assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems, and provide additional project support to the broader team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.
- Organize samples and maintain accurate receiving and tracking records.
- Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding sample arrivals, delays, and status updates.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Brand MAs.
- Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems and ensure information is accurate and organized.
- Support the broader team with additional projects and assignments as needed.
- Experience with sample coordination, inventory tracking, merchandising support, or similar administrative functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and tracking information.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills when working with Merchandising teams and Brand MAs.
- Ability to work with multiple systems to prepare fact sheets and documentation.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, or product sample management.
- Experience working with Brand MAs or similar merchandising stakeholders.
- Experience supporting seasonal product/sample flows.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet seasonal deadlines.
- Comfortable working in an onsite team environment.
- Flexible and willing to support additional team projects as business needs arise.
