Salesperson/Estimator for a All Time Painters

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, discuss project details, and answer questions about our services.
• Estimate Preparation: Conduct on-site evaluations, measure areas, and prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive estimates for painting projects.
• Sales Development: Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with clients and the operations team to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project expectations.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process to build trust and secure long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, estimating, or a related field (experience in the painting or construction industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to accurately measure spaces and calculate costs for painting projects.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer tools for preparing estimates and tracking sales.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit project sites.
