Location: USA (Onsite – Hartford preferred / Remote OK) & India (Near Infosys Offices)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Technology Architect with Health Cloud expertise to join the ATLAS Program, a strategic initiative to build a next-generation workflow platform for Healthcare Service Operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience inenterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud-native solutions, with the ability to design scalable, high-performance systems across Salesforce, AWS, and distributed platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of complex enterprise systems withAPI-first approach
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to refine requirements
• Design and deliverscalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for workflow and case management
• Partner with enterprise architects and integration teams to align cross-domain solutions
• Create architecture artifacts (solution diagrams, PPTs, technical documentation)
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present architectural solutions
• Ensure best practices inAgile/SAFe methodologies
• Drive system integration across cloud and on-prem environments
• Continuously improve architecture patterns and reusable frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience withSalesforce Health Cloud & Service Cloud
• Proven expertise insystem integration and distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with:
  • AWS Cloud services
  • Kafka / Messaging Queues
  • Data360 or similar data platforms
• Strong background in:
  • Java, JavaScript, Node.js
  • REST API design and development
• Experience with:
  • Parallel processing, concurrency, and distributed systems
  • Agile methodologies and team collaboration
• Solid understanding of:
  • Design patterns and software architecture principles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Desired Skills

• Experience withGCP / Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge ofGen AI / Conversational AI:
  • RAG frameworks, Vector DBs, embeddings
  • Tools like IBM WatsonX, Google Dialogflow
• Experience with:
  • RDBMS / NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)
  • Data modeling (normalization, denormalization, sharding)
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Distributed caching solutions
• Exposure toServiceNow or Salesforce-based workflow systems
• Familiarity withSAFe framework
