Job Summary
Wipro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong development expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce development initiatives, provide technical guidance to the team, design scalable solutions, and drive successful delivery of FSC-based implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and junior team members.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud features, including client onboarding, relationship management, household management, referrals, and financial accounts.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical estimations, solution design, and deployment planning.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support CI/CD implementation and release management activities.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong implementation experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (mandatory).
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Platform development.
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams and technical workstreams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity), Flow, and advanced Salesforce automation tools.
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
- Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working in large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
