Salesforce Team Lead OmniStudio / OmniScript Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience inOmniStudio (Vlocity), includingOmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers (DataRaptors), FlexCards, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing guided user experiences, complex business processes, and integrations on the Salesforce platform. OmniScripts typically work alongside Data Mappers and Integration Procedures to collect, transform, and update data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop OmniScripts for guided customer and agent journeys.
  • Build and maintain OmniStudio components including:
    • OmniScripts
    • Integration Procedures
    • Data Mappers (DataRaptor Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo Extract)
    • FlexCards
  • Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP services and Integration Procedures.
  • Configure data transformations, JSON mappings, and reusable service layers.
  • Optimize OmniStudio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for OmniStudio applications.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Hands-on expertise withOmniStudio/Vlocity.
  • Experience buildingOmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, and FlexCards.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, REST APIs, and data transformation.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, and Profiles.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
