Salesforce / TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist (Onsite)

We’re looking for aSalesforce/TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist for anonsite role inColumbia, SC. The candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with:
  • Salesforce CRM
  • TargetX
  • TargetX Communication Planner
  • Creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email or drip campaigns
  • Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data
  • Troubleshooting CRM- and campaign-related issues, including data, audience, configuration, scheduling, and delivery problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with:
  • Supporting Salesforce and TargetX in a higher education environment
  • Supporting admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, advancement, or similar operations
  • Salesforce Flow and other Salesforce automation tools
  • TargetX forms, events, portals, or other TargetX functionality
  • HTML and CSS as they relate to email communications
  • Salesforce data imports, exports, Data Loader, or similar tools
  • CRM integrations and third-party applications
  • Developing documentation, providing end-user training, or supporting CRM migration and change-management activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for TargetX Communication Planner and automated drip campaigns
• Create, configure, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain new automated email and drip campaigns using Communication Planner; assist with SMS messaging as needed
• Partner with each department to plan, renew, revise, add, or retire campaigns based on their communication and recruitment needs
• Build and maintain recipient populations and communication audiences using Salesforce and TargetX data

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and TargetX, particularly in managing and troubleshooting CRM and communication campaigns. Experience in a higher education setting and familiarity with Salesforce automation tools and HTML/CSS for email communications is preferred.
