Project: Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Stand-Up
Duration: 1-year contract with potential extension
Work Location: Primarily virtual
Engagement Model: Outcome-based advisory services (non-configuration heavy)
Hours: Standard business hours (8:30 am–5:30 pm)
Preferred:Application Architect, System Architect, Experience Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud
Role Overview
The Senior Solution Architect will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with ITS' enterprise guardrails and COE standards.
This role supports architecture review, intake design, solution-fit evaluation, and enterprise standardization.
Core Responsibilities
•Lead discovery sessions with ITS stakeholders
• Translate functional requirements into scalable solutions
• Support development of:
- Initiative Architecture Review (IAR) process
- Solution Architecture Review (SAR) process
• Define intake templates and solution-fit evaluation models
• Conduct design reviews of ITS documentation
• Identify opportunities for out-of-the-box functionality
• Support COE artifact creation
• Contribute to repository of reusable assets
• Assist with DevOps governance framework
• Develop accessibility checklists
• Review role-based access control models
• Contribute to roadmap prioritization
Required Experience
•7–10 years Salesforce solution architecture
• Experience supporting COE development
• Experience designing intake and governance workflows
• Experience conducting architecture review boards
• Strong documentation capability
• Multi-cloud exposure
