Professional Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce SME with strong expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS), Fulfilment, Commerce Cloud, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, fulfilment orchestration, inventory management, shipping workflows, and ERP integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Order Management and fulfilment solutions.
- Build and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows including order capture, inventory allocation, fulfilment, shipping, invoicing, returns, and exchanges.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Design and support integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), payment gateways, logistics partners, and external applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create technical design documents, integration specifications, and data models aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, CI/CD processes, and release management.
- Support large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations across multiple business domains.
