Salesforce - Senior Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise acrossSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), and Salesforce platform development. Experience withSalesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong experience in system integrations is mandatory, while data migration experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, providing scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and technical design reviews.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Develop reusable components, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.
• Support system enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimization, and release management activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies, including Agentforce and AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:Sales CloudService CloudExperience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• Expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Lightning Aura Components Visualforce Salesforce Flows and Process Automation SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Security Model
• Strong experience withSalesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience handling client interactions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.

Good to Have

• Experience withSalesforce Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience inSalesforce Data Migration using Data Loader, ETL tools, or migration frameworks.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
• Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Agentforce-related certifications (if applicable)
