CONTEXT 

Within Richemont Group Technology, the Wholesale Engagement team is responsible for digital solutions supporting our Maisons and their wholesale partners. 

As part of the continued evolution of our Salesforce platform and delivery capabilities, we are looking for aSalesforce Release Manager & Platform Administrator to join ourR-Tech Center in Lisbon. 

You will play a key role in the operation and evolution of our Salesforce platform. You will own and coordinate release activities, maintain and improve our GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the overall administration, stability and operational health of our Salesforce environments. 

Working closely with Salesforce developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Product teams and other technology stakeholders, you will help ensure that changes are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently across environments. 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

Release Management 

• Own andcoordinate Salesforce releasesacrossenvironments,from planning andreadiness checks to productiondeployment and post-release validation. 

• Coordinate releasecalendars,dependencies andactivitieswithdevelopment,product and architectureteams. 

• Managedeployment issues, troubleshooting and rollbackactivitieswhenrequired. 

• Follow Salesforceseasonal releases,critical updates anddeprecations,assesstheir impact andcoordinaterequired testing andremediation. 

• Continuouslyimprove release processes, standards and documentation. 

Platform Administration & Health 

• Act asa key Salesforceadministrator andensure theoverallhealth,stability and maintainability of theSF org. 

• Monitor platform usage,limits,storage,licenses,scheduled jobs,integrations andother key platformindicators. 

• Manageenvironments and sandboxes, as well as users, permissions and access according to established governance and security principles. 

• Identify configuration issues, technical debt and platform risks, and coordinate remediation actions. 

• Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis for Salesforce-related issues. 

DevOps &ContinuousImprovement 

• Operate, maintain and evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce delivery. 

• Develop and maintain scripts and automation for build, validation, deployment and release activities. 

• Troubleshoot pipeline anddeployment issues andimprove automationreliability. 

• Contribute tobranching, mergerequest, versioning,qualitygates and releasestrategies. 

• Promote Salesforce and DevOps best practices andidentify opportunities to simplify, automate andsecure delivery processes.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

Experience & Salesforce 

• Proven hands-onexperiencewith Salesforce administration and release management in anenterpriseenvironment. 

• Strongunderstanding of Salesforce configuration,security,metadata,sandboxes anddeploymentmechanisms. 

• Experiencewith Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX and source-drivendevelopment practices. 

• Goodunderstanding of Salesforce platformconstraints,governorlimits,seasonal releases and critical updates. 

DevOps &GitLab 

• Strong hands-onexperiencewith Git,GitLab andGitLab CI/CD. 

• Ability tomaintain andevolve CI/CD pipelines anddeployment automation. 

• Experiencewithbranchingstrategies, mergerequests, versioning andautomated validation. 

• Scriptingskills (Shell orequivalent) for DevOps and deployment automation. 

PersonalSkills 

• Strong troubleshooting andanalyticalcapabilitieswith astructuredapproach to production changes. 

• Ability toidentifyrisks,coordinatetechnicaldependencies andworkacrossdevelopment, architecture, infrastructure andsecurityteams. 

• Good communicationskills andability to documenttechnical andoperationalprocessesclearly. 

Certifications 

• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required. 

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus. 

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. 

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage. 

• Additional Salesforce or DevOps-related certifications are appreciated. 

Languages 

• Fluent Portuguese and English are required. 

• French would be an advantage.
