Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites using Selenium WebDriver.
- Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) by writing feature files using the Gherkin syntax in Cucumber.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins to ensure continuous testing and delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules.
- Validate data integrity within Salesforce and its integrations with other systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python for scripting.
- Strong expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, customizations, and modules.
- Experience with test and defect management tools like Jira or TestRail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
