- Design and develop robust and efficient automated test scripts usingPlaywright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Perform end-to-end functional and regression testing of Salesforce CRM applications, including Lightning components, custom workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a bug tracking system (e.g., Jira), assisting developers with root cause analysis.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) to support continuous testing and delivery.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and test automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with industry standards.
- Proven experience in QA automation testing, with hands-on experience using thePlaywright framework.
- In-depth experience testingSalesforce CRM applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages such asJavaScript orTypeScript.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and source control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer certification.
- Experience with other automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
- Knowledge of Apex testing or Visualforce pages.
