Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilledSalesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise inPlaywright Automation Testing to join our team for a leading banking client, Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing, automation framework development, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks usingPlaywright.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test estimation, and test strategy planning.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed across Salesforce implementations.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution processes.
- Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA.
- Strong experience inSalesforce Testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Hands-on experience withPlaywright Automation Framework.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience in UI, API, Integration, and Regression Testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Salesforce domain experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience testing Salesforce Lightning applications.
- Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Salesforce Certification is a plus.
- Playwright Automation Certification is an added advantage.
