Role objective

Provide executivelevel ownership for Salesforce delivery within an automotive account acting as the strategic interface between the client Salesforce ecosystem onshoreoffshore delivery organization and account leadership

Automotive Transformation Connect Salesforce capabilities to automotive priorities such as OEMdealer engagement vehicle sales leadtoorder aftersalesservice warranty fleet customer 360 and connectedvehicle experiences

Salesforce Strategy Shape transformation roadmaps leveraging Salesforce Automotive Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Data Cloud MuleSoft and Agentforce based on the clients landscape

Commercial Ownership Govern revenue margin billing forecast utilization change requests scope leakage and demand pipeline

OnshoreOffshore Leadership Establish an effective global delivery model across clientfacing functional architecture development QA DevOps and support teams

Governance Risk Own steering committees executive reviews RAID management dependency management release governance and critical escalations

Solution Engineering Governance Ensure architecture integration security data DevOps and technicaldebt decisions remain aligned with agreed business outcomes

Transformation Innovation Identify opportunities for AIAgentforce automation reusable assets and engineering productivity improvements
