Job Summary

Wipro is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with5+ years of experience, specializing inSalesforce Service Cloud and Integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Service Cloud implementation, API integrations, and Lightning development. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a primary focus onService Cloud.
  • Customize and configure Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, Milestones, CTI, and Service Console.
  • Develop custom solutions usingApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Build and maintainintegrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and sprint ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Service Cloud.
  • Extensive experience inSalesforce Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong expertise inApex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, third-party applications, or enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of Platform Events, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
  • Experience with Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
  • Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience withMuleSoft or other middleware/integration platforms.
  • Experience with CTI integration and Service Cloud Voice.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certification.
  • Exposure to Experience Cloud is an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Notice Period

  • Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
