About the Role:
Wipro is seeking a skilledSalesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development with hands-on experience in OmniStudio (Vlocity) to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design, build, and maintain OmniStudio solutions including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration tools.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, including security, performance, and data model design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce and OmniStudio implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC mandatory).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity).
- Minimum 1 year of recent, active experience working on OmniStudio projects.
- Strong expertise in OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance best practices.
- Ability to build scalable, high-performance OmniStudio solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce / OmniStudio certifications.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment.
