Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with5+ years of handsāon Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Strong experience deliveringenterprise marketing automation solutions inbanking, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
- Proven experience working in large, multiāteam, onsite delivery environments.
- Strong handsāon expertise in:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio (SQL, Script Activities, File Transfers)
- Email Studio & Mobile Studio
- Contact Builder & data modeling
- Excellent knowledge ofSQL for audience segmentation and automation.
- Experience withMarketing Cloud APIs, triggered sends, transactional messaging, and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of integrations betweenMarketing Cloud and Salesforce Core / Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding ofbanking customer lifecycle, marketing compliance, consent management, and data privacy obligations.
- Experience handlingfinancial data, customer identifiers, and regulated communications.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud withSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools such asMuleSoft or equivalent middleware.
- Exposure to analytics, personalization techniques, and campaign performance measurement.
- Salesforce Certifications (preferred):
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Strong problemāsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and nonātechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead development initiatives and mentor junior developers.
- Comfortable working in afastāpaced, onsite, enterprise banking environment.
- 5 Days Workfrom Office (Mandatory)
