Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware.
Build automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Approval Processes, and custom Apex solutions.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Maintain technical documentation and release notes.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modelling.
Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce security model.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket, or other version control systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
