We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our global team and drive the enhancement and implementation of Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management businesses for leading banking clients. This role requires a confident developer with strong coding skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and front-end technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning components and customizations to meet regional and global business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems using API integration and RESTful services.
- Apply best practices to increase adoption and deliver a unified client ecosystem.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, test scripts, and front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges.
- Implement DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
- Participate in Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
- 7–10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SOQL/SQL.
- Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party vendors and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
- Experience in Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of BDD/TDD and automated testing frameworks.
