We are looking for an experienced Client Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Client Experience Cloud, Client architecture, and integrations. The candidate will lead the team, manage stakeholders, and ensure independent delivery of Client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Client development team and provide technical guidance.

• Design and implement Client solutions using Experience Cloud and integrations.

• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business and technical teams.

• Independently deliver Client projects and ensure quality standards.

• Support offshore team members in a global delivery model.

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and follow Client best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Client ecosystem.

• Strong hands-on experience with Client Experience Cloud (mandatory).

• Experience in Client architecture and integrations.

• Must have PD2 certification.

• Prior experience working as a Senior Client Developer.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and support offshore teams.
