Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development along with hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Apex, LWC, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
• Configure and customize Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Work Types, and Scheduling Policies.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.
• Implement scheduling, dispatching, optimization, territories, operating hours, and mobile workforce solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Customize the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App to support technician workflows.
• Create Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and custom automation.
• Perform deployments using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
