We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer with strong experience in Salesforce development and Field Service implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce FSL solutions to meet business requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Field Service Lightning configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Configure and customize FSL components including:
- Work Orders
- Service Appointments
- Service Resources
- Service Territories
- Work Types
- Scheduling Policies
- Operating Hours
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize and enhance the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App.
- Support scheduling, dispatching, and optimization requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and QA teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
