About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Field Service Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce Field Service solutions for our clients.
This is a fully remote position, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-impact field service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Field Service (FSL)

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

• Configure and customize Field Service features (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Mobile Workforce, etc.)

• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, developers, and project managers

• Provide functional expertise, best practices, and solution design recommendations

• Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with strong focus on Salesforce Field Service

• Hands-on experience with FSL configuration and implementation

• Strong understanding of field service operations and workflows

• Salesforce certifications (Field Service, Service Cloud, or related) are a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with distributed or international teams

• Experience with integrations, mobile workforce solutions, or complex scheduling

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
