Salesforce + Fcino

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional with hands-on experience in nCino built on the Salesforce platform. The role involves implementing and customizing nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) to support lending, onboarding, and banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce integrated with nCino
• Configure nCino modules such as:
  • Commercial Loan Origination (CLO)
  • Retail Loan Origination (RLO)
  • Customer Engagement / Onboarding
• Customize Salesforce using:
  • Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
  • Flows, Process Builder (or Flow Builder)
• Integrate third-party systems (credit bureaus, KYC tools, core banking systems)
• Work on data migration, data modeling, and security model (profiles, roles)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (especially banking teams)
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce (3–8+ years depending on role level)
• Hands-on experience with nCino (mandatory for most roles)
• Proficiency in:
  • Apex, SOQL, SOSL
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of banking/lending domain:
  • Loan lifecycle
  • Credit analysis
  • Compliance/KYC processes
• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) is a plus
