As a Salesforce Engineer at Konovo, you will have the opportunity to design and implement the data layer that drives value for our global stakeholders across Konovo, as you simultaneously surface insights that benefit our customers. How You’ll Make an Impact:  

• Design, develop, and implementcustom Salesforce solutions to optimize our project management platform.  

• Work closely with business stakeholders togather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce implementations.  

• Develop and maintainApex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web components (LWC).  

• Integrate Salesforce withThird-party applications, APIs, and internal systems.  

• Implement and optimizeSalesforce workflows, automation, Reports and Dashboards to improve operational efficiency.  

• EnsureData integrity, Security, and Compliance within the Salesforce environment.  

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to align Salesforce functionality with business goals.  

• Stay updated on the latestSalesforce trends, Releases, and Best practices to enhance platform capabilities. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of experience in Development and Administration of Salesforce’s Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Functionality. 
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
• Relevant certifications Salesforce certified Admin and PD1(Preferably), PD2 and Platform App Builder (great to have).
• Strong experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of API best practices, security, and performance patterns
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging systems, and API design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across product and engineering teams
• Experience working with platform or internal enablement teams is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly - both written and verbal 
• High ownership mindset with disciplined follow-through and a bias toward action
• Curiosity and openness to AI-enhanced engineering workflows, tooling, and delivery models and exposure to using AI for development
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree/Post graduation is preferably in Computer Science like B.E/B.Tech, MCA or equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge/Experience of Workato is an advantage. 

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency inApex classes and triggers,Visualforce pages,Lightning Web Components (LWC) andAura Components. 

• Proficiency inSOQL,SOSL and Data Loaderfor data loading activities. 

• In-depth understanding of the Salesforcedata model, including objects, fields, relationships (master-detail, lookup, and junction). 

• Proficiency with Salesforce's declarative tools likeFlows,Validation Rules, Workflow rules for non-programmatic customization. 

• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems usingREST,SOAP APIs,Bulk API, andPlatform Events. 

• Understanding ofSalesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security, Reports and Dashboards. 

• Experience withLightning App Builder to customize the layout of Salesforce Lightning pages and create custom apps using components. 

• Proficiency inChange Sets,Gearset, andSalesforce CLI for moving metadata between Salesforce environments (development, testing, production). 

• Identifying and resolvingPerformance bottlenecks, optimizing queries, and ensuring scalability of Salesforce applications. 

• Expert inTechnical documentation of the project. 

• Efficient Sandbox management likeRefresh and post refresh activities. 

• Knowledge ofAdvanced currency management is preferred. 

• Knowledge ofHubspot, Conga composer, Highspot, AutoFx is preferred. 

• Familiarity withGit, Salesforce DX and version control system likeGitHubis preferred.
