Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
- Implement and configure Service Cloud Voice for seamless customer support integration.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Integrate Salesforce with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise with Service Cloud Voice implementation.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for external integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience in banking/financial services domain.
- Exposure to Omni-Channel routing, CTI integrations, and voice analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
