- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and other tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement Salesforce security and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and access control.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design, data models, and release notes.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools.
- Support and maintain existing Salesforce applications and perform regular system updates as required by Salesforce releases.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce metadata API.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience on React.Js and Vu.Js
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and using DevOps tools like Git and SFDX.
