Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce integrations, and Sales Cloud/Service Cloud. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing.

• Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong experience with:

  • Apex Programming

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Visualforce

  • SOQL & SOSL

  • Salesforce Flow

  • Triggers and Batch Apex

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.

• Experience with Experience Cloud.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
