**JD:** - 6+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3–4 years hands-on with Data Cloud. - Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions within Customer 360 ecosystem. - Design scalable data models (DMOs, DLOs) and define robust identity resolution frameworks for unified customer profiles. - Architect and implement data ingestion pipelines using APIs, MuleSoft, and real-time/batch integrations. - Drive advanced segmentation, calculated insights, and data activation across Marketing Cloud and CRM channels. - Ensure optimal performance using SQL optimization, query tuning, and data partitioning strategies. - Define enterprise-level data governance, security (GDPR/CCPA), and access control frameworks. - Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external data platforms. - Provide technical leadership on ETL, data transformation, JSON, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. - Mentor teams and enforce best practices in scalability, performance, and reusable architecture patterns. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate data-driven use cases into scalable solutions.
