Job Summary
Wipro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Build and maintain solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop custom business logic using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning-based user interfaces.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Work with Salesforce CPQ to support quote-to-cash processes and business requirements.
- Develop and manage Managed Package customizations and integrations.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation.
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages.
- Strong integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and external systems.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Experience with deployment tools and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD implementation.
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC, and Flows.
- Salesforce CPQ experience is mandatory.
- Strong Salesforce Integration experience.
- Ability to work in client-facing environments and collaborate across global teams.
- Willingness to work in the 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST shift.
