Key Responsibilities

15–18+ years in enterprise IT delivery, including 8–10+ years in Salesforce programs.
Multiple global implementations; Salesforce platform, Field Service, Sales/Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Agile, DevOps, and integration expertise.
Salesforce certifications and industrial-sector experience preferred.
Lead enterprise Salesforce implementation, modernization, and managed services programs.
Own delivery governance, solution quality, financials, resourcing, and customer outcomes.
Oversee Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and integrations with SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, and other systems.
Lead global architecture, development, testing, and operations teams.
