Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.Experience
- 10 years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of handsāon Salesforce Data Cloud experience
- Proven delivery experience in Banking / Financial Services environments
- Handsāon Developer or Lead role experience (not purely architecture)
- Salesforce Data Cloud: Ingestion, DMOs, Transformations, Identity Resolution
- SalesforceFinancial Services Cloud (FSC) data models and integrations
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills
- REST APIs, MuleSoft, or equivalent integration platforms
- Banking customer data, account structures, consent, compliance, and privacy requirements
- Experience handlingPII and financial data in regulated environments
- Experience activating Data Cloud audiences toMarketing Cloud
- Exposure to Customer 360 and analytics use cases
- Salesforce Certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Architect
- Salesforce Data Architect
