Position Title: Salesforce CRM Developer

Overview

The Salesforce CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions to meet business needs across multiple regions and business units. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and platform configuration, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency inApex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers, with hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems usingSOAP andRESTful web services.
• Comprehensive understanding ofobject-oriented programming andrelational database design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to apply bothdeclarative (administrative) andprogrammatic (developer) features appropriately within the Force.com platform.
• Expertise inSalesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience incode optimization, refactoring, and adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
• Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in developingcustom Lightning Components, includingAura andLightning Web Components (LWC), with at least2+ years of direct experience in LWC development.
• Practical experience withSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, includingcase management processes.
• Proficiency inHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML for user interface and integration development.
• Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Salesforce Certifications preferred:Platform Developer I & II,Administrator, or equivalent credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

What you will be doing at ARROW:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions leveragingApex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Partner withProduct Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Develop and maintainintegration solutions between Salesforce and external systems through secure APIs and middleware.
• Create and maintaincomprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, data models, and deployment procedures.
• Conductunit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and maintainability of delivered solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex application issues, providingroot cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
• Participate incode reviews, enforce development standards, and promote best practices across the Salesforce development team.
• Contribute toAgile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while ensuring continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency.
