Role summary
We're looking for a senior Salesforce analytics developer to design and build dashboards and reporting for a large US health plan client. You'll work with business stakeholders, product managers and Salesforce developers to turn CRM data into dashboards that leadership uses to make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets and recipes
- Build and publish Tableau dashboards that connect to Salesforce and other enterprise data sources
- Gather reporting requirements from business users and turn them into data models and visual designs
- Build data pipelines in CRMA (recipes, dataflows, connectors) and keep data refreshes reliable
- Set up row-level security, sharing inheritance and access controls for analytics assets
- Tune dashboard and query performance for large datasets
- Support UAT, deployment and user training for analytics releases
- Work in an Agile team alongside Salesforce developers, BSAs and PMs
Required qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) development
- Hands-on Tableau experience (Desktop, Server/Cloud, data connections and published dashboards)
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, reports and dashboards, and security model
- Experience with SAQL, SOQL and data transformation in recipes and dataflows
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
- Preferred qualifications
- Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant certification
- Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist, Certified Data Analyst or similar)
- Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Healthcare or health plan domain experience
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado
