Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ components including Products, Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Twin Fields, and Quote Templates.
- Develop and optimize quote-to-cash processes including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, and renewals.
- Implement advanced pricing strategies, discounting mechanisms, and product configuration rules.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs where required.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, finance, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales and management teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
- Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
