Experience: 8+ years in SFCC
Job Description:
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
- Proven experience working with a major e-commerce platform; direct experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Site Genesis or SFRA architecture.
- Strong expertise in SFRA, ISML, controllers, routes, middleware, cartridges, pipelines, Business Manager, and site preferences.
- Solid JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SASS, and cross-browser responsive UI skills.
- Proficient with OCAPI (Shop/ Data) and SCAPI; understanding of auth, scopes, and rate limits.
- Experience with SFCC backend scripts, jobs, services framework, and custom objects.
- Hands-on with Kafka (topics, partitions, consumer groups, schema/serialization like Avro/JSON), and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Strong debugging/monitoring skills using logs, site analytics, and APM tools; performance tuning on both UI and server-side.
- Proficient with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and Automated Testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum with stakeholder communication and vendor coordination.
